I have a sister who is not too delicate with stuff and broke both earpieces. my Headphones are almost dead but the batteries and the charger are very useful. Ok, let's start with the goods, then the bads.GOOD-Extremely comfortable, you can use it for hours without getting tired-Excellent sound quality, specially when you have the noise cancelling ON-Cool design, i like that they're not round but squared-Headphones come with a plug for airplanes plugsBAD-The worst part is that they're too fragile right in the place that makes the earpieces turn around 90 degrees, if only you use it or people around you who take care of things use it then it's fine. You can also glue them with anything so that they don't turn or brake.-It comes with a storage case but is too big to be fashionable.-The noise cancelling feature needs a AAA battery to work (not with computer cord), so i bought a pack of Sanyo eneloop rechargeable batteries and a Sony charger and they're great.
The mechanic design has flaw. It worked great for about a year, then it broke just above the ear piece. It breaks easily.
It even picks up RF from my computer and nearby cell phones, but I continued to use it at my desk to reduce noise while studying. I am an engineer by profession, so I looked at the joint and realized it was not sturdy enough - a very poor design.
I am shopping for different brand of noise cancelling headphones now. Logitech is difficult to contact for support and since I cannot find my receipt, I am out simply of luck.
I never even traveled with these head phones. Probably because they had so many customer complaints about these problems. This will probably keep me from considering any Logitech products again.
I never liked the radio interference with this headset. However, in less than a year, the small plastic piece that allows swivel of the ear piece broke when I was trying to adjust for comfort.
I also noticed this product seems to have disappeared from Logitech web site.
Either the design is bad, not they used the wrong type of plastic.Logitech used to be a name-brand with good reputation. The plastics used is low grade and breaks easily even with gentle use. Based on the numerous reviews regarding broken plastic pieces, I think this item should be recalled. My headphone broke at 3 different locations during a span of 11 months. This headphone is of very poor construction. Not any more.
They seemed like a great deal but the poor quality construction was evident right off the bat. They worked great for about 2 moths but after even gentle handling, they finally broke and are now not usable.I'd recommend them only if you get a *really* great deal, but even then, expect to replace them soon. So, I was attracted to these earphones because of the price. The first pair that I ordered were broken during delivery (right near the top of the "U"-shaped arm holding the phones in place) so I had to get another pair.
